In this project students design and build a hoisting mechanism for a gate.

  • 2nd Bachelor: MOCAD (2008-2009)

Punching presses designed by Matthias Dossche (upper) and Pieterjan Goedertier (lower) with the CAD software SolidWorks during the course "Machine Elements and CAD"

  • 3rd Bachelor: Bachelor Project (VOP 2008-2009)

Four groups of students each make a test setup to measure the wear of steel chains. The students are responsible for the design, the production of the necessary parts and the assembly of their machine. Finally they should successfully carry out a wear test on the test setup.
